He has built, sold, and bought houses within Saint Joseph County. He intimately understands the overall real estate market and how it has evolved over time. He focuses on residential real estate and has the technical capability of providing 3D virtual tours, SLR Digital Photography, and Aerial Photography/Videography via drone capability. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, he traveled extensively to advise and negotiate on multi-national private equity transitions for both buying and selling firms across all industries with revenues up to $5B. He also held various executive-level positions with a focus on technology and digital transformation. This background enables him to leverage his technical capability combined with his advanced negotiation skills to assist both buyers and sellers to achieve a deal to maximize their return. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, an Indiana Real Estate License (RB21001144), and an Unmanned Aerial Systems Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, South Bend Area Realtors®, Wings Flying Club, and Notre Dame Club of St Joseph Valley.
